DOOR REPLACEMENT CRITICAL:
Replace the existing doors with the exact door design shown in the elevation drawing:

Maintain the same number and alignment of door openings

Each opening contains a refined French door configuration matching the elevation

Door proportions, panel layout, and mullion pattern must match the drawing exactly

Keep the doors vertically aligned with surrounding elements

TRANSOM VERY IMPORTANT:
Add a horizontal transom above each door opening:

The transom sits directly above the doors within the same opening

It is rectangular and horizontally proportioned

The mullion pattern must match the elevation drawing

The transom is clearly separate from the door below but aligned within the same frame

PROPORTION + ALIGNMENT:

Door height must be slightly reduced to accommodate the transom above

The combined door + transom height must align with the elevation proportions

Maintain consistent head height across all openings
