Privacy Policy
Last updated August 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how AI Render Studio ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Service.
1. Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password (or OAuth identity if you sign in with Google). We also store basic device and network information at signup for fraud prevention. We use this information to communicate with you about your account and our products and services. We will not share your account information with any third-party without your explicit consent. See "Third-Party Services" below for the providers that process account data on our behalf in order to run the Service.
2. Generated Content
Images, prompts, and videos you generate are stored securely on our servers so you can access your render history and gallery. We do not share your generated content with any third party without your explicit consent, except as described in this policy (for example, if your profile visibility is set to "Public").
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers to operate the Service:
- AI model providers (for generating renders and video from your inputs);
- Cloud storage (for securely storing your images and videos);
- Payment processing (for credit pack purchases — we never see or store your card details);
- Email delivery (for account and transactional emails);
- Bot/fraud protection (for signup and login security).
We also use third-party services, such as Google Tag Manager, to help us understand how users interact with our website and services. These services may collect information about your use of our services, such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system. We do not share your personal information with these services, and they are bound by their own privacy policies.
4. Cookies
We use cookies to improve your experience on our website and services. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit our website. We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, protect against fraud, and — through Google Tag Manager and the measurement tags it loads — improve site performance. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your experience on our website.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections, hashed credentials, and access controls — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
6. Your Choices
You can update your account information, change your profile visibility, or delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account removes your personal information and generated content from active use, subject to reasonable backup retention periods.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. We will notify you of any significant changes to our privacy policy by email or through our website.
