These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Render Studio (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

AI Render Studio provides AI-powered tools that generate architectural renders, images, and video from user-supplied inputs such as sketches, photos, floor plans, and text prompts. The Service is provided on a credit basis: certain actions consume credits from your account balance, and credits can be purchased in packs or granted on signup.

2. User Conduct

By using airender.studio, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations and to not engage in any of the following activities:

Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
Generating content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others.
Impersonating any person or entity.
Attempting to access the accounts of other users.
Using airender.studio for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Attempting to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or access controls.
Uploading source material you do not have the right to use.
Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Service or its infrastructure, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the website.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Content

"User Content" means any image, sketch, floor plan, prompt, or other material you upload or submit to the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content, and by submitting it you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of generating renders and operating the Service. By doing so, users represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights and permissions to use and upload such content.

All images generated by free users may appear in a community page which shows latest design generations for a period of time. These images may be picked to be showcased on other pages on airender.studio to highlight good use cases of the website.

4. Assets Ownership and License

Any render, image, or video you generate using the Service is an "Asset". As long as you comply with the terms outlined in this agreement and any limitations set by law, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or business purposes. Any assets created using the Service are owned by you, and airender.studio assigns all rights, title, and interest in those assets to you for your personal or commercial use for paid users. Each individual must have their own account, and you are responsible for all activity on your account. If you breach any of our Terms of Service, your right to use our Service may be terminated immediately.

If your account's profile visibility is set to "Public," your Assets may be viewable by other visitors via a shareable link, and may be featured elsewhere on the Service (for example, in a showcase or gallery). You can change your profile visibility to "Private" at any time in your account settings.

5. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased in one-time packs; there is no subscription or recurring billing. Every new account receives a small number of free credits so you can evaluate render quality before buying. Credit costs for each action are shown before you generate.

6. Refund Policy

Because free credits are provided for evaluation before any purchase, all pack purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for unused credits or for dissatisfaction after a purchase has been made, except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Render Studio and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. You agree to indemnify and hold airender.studio and its affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of the user's use of airender.studio or violation of these terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
