DOOR + TRANSOM REPLACEMENT CRITICAL:
Replace the existing doors with the exact configuration shown in the elevation drawing:

Maintain the same number, spacing, and alignment of door openings

Doors remain refined French doors with proportions and mullion patterns matching the elevation

Do not change overall opening sizes

TRANSOM VERY IMPORTANT — SOLID PANEL:
Above each door, add a solid transom panel no glass:

The transom sits directly above the doors within the same opening

It is rectangular and horizontally proportioned

It must be a solid panel, not transparent

The panel contains a centered Regency-style moulded motif in low relief

The motif is elegant, symmetrical, and restrained not ornate or baroque

The panel reads as a decorative plaster or wood panel, not a window

PROPORTION + ALIGNMENT:

Door height is reduced slightly to accommodate the transom above

The combined door + solid panel height aligns with the elevation

Maintain consistent head height across all openings

Align transoms horizontally across the façade

STYLE:

Neo-Classical Regency detailing

Refined, elegant, shallow relief ornament

Crisp edges, not heavy or exaggerated

LOCK EVERYTHING ELSE:
Do not change:

bay window

curved walls

cornice or entablature

pool or landscape

lighting or camera

any other windows or architectural elements

Everything outside of the doors must remain identical.

FORCE CHANGE:
Force replacement of the door configuration and add a solid decorative transom panel with a Regency molded motif., keep exact camera angle
