on this picture there are small circular holes on the ceiling. These are for small LED lights to create a brim atmospehre. The walls are going to be dark emerald green with satin kinda texture. The counter top is white marmore and below the whole unit except for basin and the tap are dark oak. The corners and edges of the ceiling has also opening to have horizontal lighting aswell. Add bottles on the shelves and a covering towel on the massage tale with a masseuse next to it. 

Add also dark brown tree sillouhette sketches on the walls aswell. Not too visible but it should create a subtle embience
