Use the reference rendered image solely as a palette for colors and materials to copy to the new image. Ignore its camera angle. All of the new siding will match the siding color of the reference image (moderately dark warm grey). All windows/door will be black. Match the stone pattern and color as well as the matte black metal chimney shroud. Locate the chimney in exactly the same location as shown in the model image named 10in12 Back 1.jpg. Do not change this location! Show the garage doors painted to match the siding with no glass in them.
Keep true to the camera angle of the input image (un-rendered model) showing the garage doors exactly in the location as shown in the model. Do not change the perspective of the model image named 10in12 Back 1.jpg. Use this perspective exactly for the rendered image you are going to create. Rotate the landscaping elements of the reference image 180 degrees about the house to apply it to the new image as it would look from the back view of the reference home. Show the meandering driveway coming from the back of the image and winding around the right side to meet the garage doors.
Use the reference image to copy its siding colors, stone color and pattern, chimney shroud, windows, sky colors and landscaping elements onto the newly rendered image.
The reference image is the front of this same house (for reference) and this new back view (model given) must reflect the elements as shown in the front).
Landscape and accessorize as you would for a luxury, back yard entertaining area. Keep all patio furniture out of the way of any exterior door. Add a fire pit area.
