Use the supplied base image as the exact composition and geometry reference. Maintain the identical camera position, perspective, lens, horizon, road alignment, bike lane alignment, kerb locations, planted strip width, lawn area, existing mature trees, skyline position and all hardscape geometry. Do not relocate roads, paths, kerbs or landscape elements. Preserve the exact structure of the scene. Change or add only what I ask next:
Replace only the low planting within the planted strip with species like that of the reference image and add more low planting in organig groupings around the lawn area so that people can meander around tem in the park. Remove the people picnicing and have a few people walking around the added planting on the lawn area.
Add a low, simple concrete barrier between the bike path and the road. Replace the single car with two cars driving in opposite directions. Of those two you add, the car on the left should be driving away from the camera.
