Create a clean architectural concept sketch directly on top of the construction site photo, showing the proposed final design while preserving the existing perspective and geometry. The result should look like a realistic architectural visualization/markup that helps the client understand the finished detail, not a fully photorealistic render.

Apply the following modifications:

Finish the outer side of the staircase with decorative baseboard molding, following the design shown in Reference 3.
Use a wrought iron railing matching the style and proportions of Reference 2.
Install a decorative carved baseboard at the bottom, matching the profile from Reference 1, with a height of 100 mm (10 cm).
All moldings, trims, and decorative elements must be painted white.
Do not use any wood textures, wood grain, or natural wood finishes. Everything should be finished in a uniform matte white.
Keep the construction photo as the base image and integrate the proposed elements naturally into the existing scene with accurate proportions and perspective.
Maintain a clean, elegant, classic aesthetic with crisp architectural detailing.
Do not modify any other architectural elements unless necessary to accommodate the proposed staircase finish and railing.
