GEOMETRY LOCK INSTRUCTION

The supplied overlay drawing is a fixed construction plan.

Do not redesign the project.

Do not reinterpret the layout.

Do not move any element.

Do not resize any element.

Do not add any element.

Do not remove any element.

All courts, roads, buildings, carparks, pathways and landscape areas must remain exactly where shown on the overlay.

The overlay is not a concept.

The overlay is the final approved layout.

Render only what is shown.

If uncertain, preserve the overlay geometry exactly.

The overlay drawing has absolute priority.

The architect image only controls colour and materiality.

Do not copy layout from the architect image.

Do not create new facilities.

Follow the overlay exactly.

This image is not a completed project.

This image represents a project approximately 75-85% complete.

Landscaping has NOT commenced.

Final external works have NOT commenced.

The precinct should still appear as an active construction site.

COURTS

Maintain the exact court layout shown on the overlay.

Show:

- Blue playing surfaces installed.
- Red perimeter surfacing installed.
- White line marking complete.
- Goal posts being installed.
- Chainwire fencing being installed.
- Court lighting installation underway.

The courts are substantially complete.

CARPARK

Maintain the exact carpark footprint shown on the overlay.

Show:

- Asphalt completed.
- Line marking underway.
- Wheel stops being installed.
- Minor finishing works.
- Construction vehicles still present.

BUILDINGS

The light grey rectangles shown on the overlay define the exact building footprints.

The clubhouse and amenities building must remain small.

Do not enlarge the amenities building near the road.

Do not create additional buildings.

Do not create buildings outside the light grey footprints.

The building nearest the road is a small amenities building only.

The building adjacent to the courts is a small clubhouse only.

LANDSCAPING

Landscaping has not commenced.

Replace all grassed areas, planting beds and landscaped areas with:

- Construction dirt.
- Exposed topsoil.
- Compacted earth.
- Minor site grading.
- Construction laydown areas.
- Temporary stockpiles.
- Construction access routes.

Do not show mature turf.

Do not show established gardens.

Do not show completed landscape beds.

Do not show finished public spaces.

SITE APPEARANCE

The site should still look like an active construction project.

Large areas surrounding the courts and buildings should remain exposed construction earth.

The image should clearly represent a project progressing from civil works toward completion but not yet landscaped.

- Wheel stops installed in some areas.
- Lighting installation underway.

Do not create any additional parking bays.

Do not expand the carpark.

Do not create parking outside the shaded footprint.

BUILDINGS

The light grey rectangles shown on the overlay define the exact building footprints.

These are small buildings.

Show only small clubhouse and amenities buildings.

Do not enlarge them.

Do not create additional buildings.

Do not create structures within the carpark.

Do not create structures adjacent to the road unless shown on the overlay.

Buildings should occupy only the exact footprint shown.
