An extreme high-quality, photorealistic architectural render of the primary long-side façade of the modern public building, captured from a strict human eye-level perspective looking directly from across the river, perfectly parallel to the water. The camera setup must look front-facing at the longitudinal elevation of the building, keeping the entire length of the 40-meter-long facade fully visible in a wide horizontal composition.

The perspective is set at a natural ground-level height from the opposite riverbank, completely eliminating any high-angle, axonometric, or isometric distortion. The building rises to its monumental height of approximately 22 meters, positioned directly adjacent to a wide, calm river that occupies the immediate foreground.

Following the exact geometry of the reference model: the design consists of a clean, rectangular 3-story transparent glass box volume with exposed internal raw concrete waffle structural floor slabs. Passing closely over this glass core is a massive, elegant, non-puffy tensioned ETFE membrane curved roof cover that arches over the entire length of the building, sweeping down toward the ground on one side without touching the internal glass walls.

The scene is set during a dramatic urban sunset at golden hour, with warm orange and golden natural light casting long, crisp shadows. The foreground is dominated by the calm river surface, showing hyper-realistic, glowing reflections of the sky and the long illuminated facade. The shoreline features highly-detailed public landscaping with ornamental grasses, wide concrete pedestrian walkways parallel to the water, and realistically scaled people walking along the riverbank path to anchor the scale. The final image must be a sharp, high-resolution architectural visualization with crisp textures.
