Use the attached architectural model as a strict reference for geometry, façade composition, proportions, and camera angle. Transform it into a photorealistic two-story Andalusian villa without altering the architectural design.

Preserve the exact three-quarter perspective shown in the reference, with the long side façade dominant and a narrow portion of the main façade visible on the right. Maintain the original building massing, floor heights, wall projections and recesses, arch locations, opening dimensions, column positions, balcony proportions, parapet heights, pergola geometry, entrance steps, and overall framing.

The side façade must retain:

The tall projecting rectangular frame on the left, enclosing the double-height recessed arcade and balcony.
Two stacked rows of large Andalusian arched openings.
The three prominent upper-floor arches at the center, with geometric balcony railings.
The three corresponding ground-floor arches beneath them.
The narrow arched corner openings.
The recessed upper balcony on the right with its existing horizontal pergola.
The mostly plain wall surfaces and restrained decorative treatment.
The small visible portion of the richly detailed main façade at the far right.

Finish the entire exterior and all inner walls inside the recessed entrances, balconies, and arcades in one consistent warm beige–off-white textured stucco. Use a refined matte mineral-plaster finish with subtle natural tonal variation. Do not use exposed red brick, contrasting inner-wall colors, or alternative finishes inside any opening.

Use slim, layered beige–off-white GRC trims around the existing arches, following their exact profiles. Keep the GRC treatment restrained on this side façade. Do not add ornamental panels or carved motifs to the large plain wall surfaces.

Finish the existing balcony railings with beige–off-white geometric Andalusian screens featuring fine arabesque patterns. Preserve their exact locations, dimensions, and heights. Retain the detailed GRC arcade and slender columns visible on the far-right main façade without extending that decoration across the side elevation.

Limit rich dark-brown natural wood strictly to the external doors and the ceilings or soffits inside covered balconies and arcades. The existing pergola above the recessed upper balcony must be rendered in beige–off-white GRC or painted masonry, matching the façade—not timber. Do not introduce any additional wooden façade elements, screens, railings, beams, window frames, or cladding.

Install dark recessed glazing or dark-brown wooden doors only where required by the original openings. Add a limited number of traditional bronze Andalusian lanterns inside the deeper arcades, with a subtle warm glow.

Use pale beige natural-stone paving around the building while preserving the existing broad dark-grey stone steps and platforms. Add restrained dry Mediterranean landscaping with low agave, yucca, ornamental grasses, bougainvillea, terracotta pots, and a few small palms. Keep planting low and away from the façade so all arches and architectural details remain clearly visible.

Do not include a swimming pool, fountain, pond, or any other water feature.

Render in warm late-afternoon sunlight with soft golden illumination, realistic deep shadows within the arcades, physically accurate materials, detailed GRC trims, subtle stucco weathering, and a clear pale-blue sky. Match the exact eye-level camera position, three-quarter angle, perspective, and image framing of the attached reference. Ultra-photorealistic, high-end architectural visualization, realistic scale, sharp details, 4K quality.

Negative prompt: swimming pool, fountain, pond, water feature, exposed red brick, brick-finished inner walls, contrasting interior walls, altered geometry, redesigned façade, changed camera angle, moved or resized openings, added or removed arches, additional floors, missing columns, excessive ornamentation, decorative panels on plain walls, timber pergola, wooden beams, timber cladding, wooden screens or railings, modern curtain walls, classical European details, pitched roofs, bright-white walls, dark exterior walls, glossy finishes, oversized vegetation, people, vehicles, text, logos, distorted arches, incorrect proportions, or low-detail materials.
