Scene & Location
Photorealistic architectural render of a modern industrial warehouse located on a busy corner lot in San José, Costa Rica. The building must preserve the exact geometry, proportions, and overall shape of the original reference image. Do not alter the geometry. Keep the same amount of glass façades, same dimensions, and same overall layout as the original image.

Building Function & Branding
Commercial warehouse for “Importadora Ruby.” Include clean contemporary architecture, high‑quality industrial materials, and large glass storefront windows facing both streets on the first level. Both façades display professional signage with the name “Importadora Ruby” in bold, elegant branding. The left side façade has all glass with display of the store merchandise nicely displayed and the second-floor level all concrete walls with no openings. The store sells toys, furniture, house appliances, office appliances, lamps, and similar products; include subtle cues that reinforce a retail identity.

Façades & Layout
Top level: Office spaces with realistic interior lighting visible through the glass only on the right façade. The left façade on the second floor has no windows or openings (solid concrete walls).

Right façade: Covered parking area integrated under the same roof structure, supported by steel columns and only one openning with a rolling steel shutter. The parking space on this façade has only one entrance. On this right façade, the first four spaces between columns at ground level are glass, showing store merchandise displays inside.
Left façade: Parking spaces directly in front of the store, including one handicap parking space close to the corner. On this left façade, only the last two segments between columns have glass façades at the first level to display merchandise; the top level above them is concrete walls with no openings.
Opposite façade: Only a narrow 1.5‑meter pedestrian sidewalk, no parking spaces, no bus stops. The sidewalk is modest and not very wide.

Urban Context & Traffic Direction
Both adjacent streets are main roads with frequent vehicle traffic.
- On the left façade street, cars move only from left to right in the image (top to bottom direction along that side).
- On the right façade street, cars also move from left to right in the image.
Surroundings should depict a clean urban environment typical of San José, with realistic pavement, curbs, and a modest sidewalk. Taxis in Costa Rica are usually older red Toyota Corollas only one of these as vehicles. Adjacent buildings should look like older San José Centro style buildings.

Materials & Lighting
Use ultra‑realistic textures for concrete, metal panels, steel structure, glass, and pavement. Natural daylight with accurate shadows, realistic reflections, sharp material detail, and balanced composition.

Rendering Style
High‑fidelity photorealism with crisp textures, precise architectural detailing, and faithful preservation of the building’s original geometry and façade distribution. Do not change the building’s shapes, openings, or glass areas compared to the original source image.
