Eye-level first-person perspective view, camera positioned at 1.65m height standing
behind the outdoor kitchen island on the NORTH side of the lot, looking SOUTH-WEST
across the central living area toward the swimming pool and solarium beyond. Cinematic
horizontal composition.

FOREGROUND (immediate, bottom of frame):
- Outdoor KITCHEN ISLAND / BAR with brushed stainless steel countertop, partially
visible in the lower portion of the frame
- A wooden cutting board with fresh herbs, a glass of white wine, and a chilled bottle
  resting on the counter
- Behind the counter (closing off the north side): the integrated kitchen unit with
  a metal ROLLER SHUTTER door 3.0m wide, 2.4m tall, half-open, revealing built-in
appliances, a sink, and storage shelves with bottles and glasses

MIDDLE GROUND (heart of the scene):
- A long rectangular WOODEN DINING TABLE seating 8, set with linen placemats, ceramic
plates, wine glasses and a centerpiece of aromatic herbs in a stone bowl
- Modular L-shaped OUTDOOR SOFAS in warm beige fabric with linen cushions, low coffee
table with design books and a candle
- PAVING: porphyry stone strips 40cm wide in dark grey-purple tones running across
the scene, transitioning to porphyry mosaic in the central zone
- A WOODEN PERGOLA in natural fir timber beams stretching overhead, with corrugated
dark metal sheet roofing, casting rhythmic linear shadows across the floor and
furniture — the beams converge toward the vanishing point creating strong perspective
  depth

BACKGROUND (the protagonist on the horizon line):
- The SWIMMING POOL 6m x 3m visible just beyond the dining area, water surface flush
with the porphyry coping (no visible edge — infinity-style integration), crystal
clear turquoise water with gentle ripples reflecting the sky and pergola beams
- Just past the pool, the SOLARIUM platform in warm honey-brown wooden composite
decking with three minimalist teak SUN LOUNGERS topped with white cushions and
  rolled towels
- Further back: a tall vertical row of EVERGREEN TREES 4m high creating a green wall

UPPER FRAME:
- The underside of the pergola structure with timber beams and metal roofing
- Slivers of clear blue sky between the beams
- Soft volumetric sunlight filtering through, creating golden god-rays

LIGHTING & ATMOSPHERE: Late afternoon golden hour, warm directional sunlight entering
from the right side of the frame (west), long soft shadows of the pergola beams
striping the porphyry floor, sparkling specular highlights on the pool water and
the stainless steel counter, warm amber tones on the wood surfaces, cool blue
reflections in the pool — a beautiful warm/cool color contrast. Subtle haze in the air
giving depth and atmosphere. A gentle reflection of the pergola visible on the pool
surface.

DETAILS THAT BRING IT TO LIFE:
- Steam rising softly from a cup of espresso on the counter
- One person in casual elegant attire lounging on a sun bed in the distance, reading
- A subtle ripple in the pool as if someone just left it
- A small bowl of olives and a sliced lemon on the bar
- Climbing JASMINE with small white blossoms visible on the perimeter fence on
the left side of the frame

STYLE: Hyperrealistic architectural interior/exterior visualization, V-Ray / Corona
render quality, shallow depth of field with the dining table in sharp focus and a
subtle bokeh on the foreground bar items and distant trees, cinematic color grading
(warm shadows, cool highlights), magazine-quality lifestyle photography aesthetic
(Architectural Digest, Dwell, Kinfolk style), ultra-detailed material textures:
wood grain on the table, porphyry stone roughness, water caustics, fabric weave on
cushions, brushed metal on the counter, 8K resolution.

CAMERA SETTINGS: Full-frame 35mm equivalent lens, aperture f/4 for slight background
softness, eye-level 1.65m, slight downward tilt of 5 degrees to include the counter
in the foreground, two-thirds composition with the pool centered on the lower-third
horizontal line.

🎬 Note di regia

Variante alternativa — se vuoi togliere il pergolato dalla parte alta del frame e ottenere più cielo, sposta la camera leggermente avanti rispetto all'isola cucina (verso il tavolo), aggiungi: "camera positioned 1 meter in front of the kitchen island, pergola visible only in the upper-left corner of the frame".
Per Midjourney v6: caricando il PDF della planimetria come style reference (--sref) puoi suggerire le proporzioni reali, ma con questa inquadratura la fedeltà geometrica è meno critica — conta lo storytelling.
