Keep this exact architectural aerial model render — same geometry, same camera angle, same composition, same contour-line topography, change nothing about the forms or layout. Only adjust the materials so the concrete architecture separates clearly from the terrain.
The layered topographic terrain (all the stepped contour lines and ground surface) stays in a light warm off-white / pale beige model tone.
Re-render ALL the béton brut architectural elements — the carving walls, the sunken courtyards, the entrance/exit walls, the shell roofs, the chimney, and the workshop — in a distinctly different CONCRETE GREY: cooler, slightly darker, with a raw board-formed concrete texture. These grey concrete elements must visibly stand apart from the pale beige topography so the architecture reads clearly as separate from the ground. (Use the orange-marked elements in my second reference image as the exact guide for WHICH elements are concrete — every orange piece becomes grey concrete.)
Strong but refined material contrast: grey sculptural concrete vs. pale beige stratified terrain. Keep the soft warm yellow glowing public coastline strip along the shore. Keep the thin blue water lines. Keep the same soft daylight, clean white background, crisp architectural-model aesthetic. High detail, not photorealistic.
