Help me turn this screenshot of a remodeled traditional house into a realistic render. Use plenty of natural light. Do not modify the geometry or the architectural design in any way. Focus only on making the materials and elements more realistic, including vegetation.

The wood must be darker, matching the tone used in the earlier render we approved. In this screenshot, the pergola and the wooden eave appear attached, but there should be a visible gap between them—keep that detail accurate.

Inside the house, the ceiling is now white, so take that into account. The exterior eaves should remain wood. Overall, enhance realism without altering the structure. Keep the geometry, elements accurate to the source image. remove the wooden column going down from the pergola on the exterior. change the color of the corner chair to be warm grey with grey wood. we are going for a japandi interior design. It should look warm and cozy. Not dark and grey
