Use the reference rendered image solely as a palette for colors and materials to copy to the new image. Ignore its camera angle.
Keep true to the camera angle of the input image (un-rendered model) showing the garage doors exactly in the location as shown in the model. Do not change the perspective of the model image named 10in12 Back 1.jpg. Use this perspective exactly for the rendered image you are going to create. Rotate the landscaping elements of the reference image 180 degrees about the house to apply it to the new image as it would look from the back view of the reference home.
Use the reference image to copy its siding colors, stone color and pattern, chimney shroud, windows, sky colors and landscaping elements onto the newly rendered image.
The reference image is the front of this same house (for reference) and this new back view (model given) must reflect the elements as shown in the front). 
Landscape and accessorize as you would for a luxury, back yard entertaining area.
