Spandrel Glass Connection (VERY IMPORTANT)

Add spandrel glass panels between the vertically aligned first- and second-floor windows.

The spandrel glass should visually connect the tall window bays, creating the appearance of continuous vertical glazing from first floor to second floor.

Spandrel glass should be slightly opaque / subtly tinted, reading as architectural glass (not clear vision glass), and framed within the same dark aluminum window system.

Maintain all existing window widths, mullion locations, and proportions — no changes to opening sizes or spacing.

Curtain Adjustment

All visible curtains and drapery should be soft white, light and airy.

Curtains should feel sheer to semi-sheer, gently diffusing light, not heavy or dark.

Photorealism Boost (No Design Changes)

Increase true photographic realism:

Accurate real-world glass thickness

Natural interior light falloff behind glass

Subtle imperfections and variation in reflections

The render should feel indistinguishable from a high-end architectural photograph, not a CG render.

Do not alter materials, colors, massing, setbacks, or architectural geometry.

Lock Instruction (Prevents Unwanted Changes)

Do not redesign, simplify, stylize, or reinterpret the architecture — only apply the specified glass, curtain, and realism adjustments.
