CRITICAL: Maintain the exact aerial viewpoint, camera position, scale, orientation, road network, surrounding vegetation, neighbouring residential area, golf course, site boundaries, buildings, netball courts, earthworks, parking, footpaths and construction works shown in the image.

The elongated lake / stormwater pond located along the southern boundary of the development site is not to be shown.

Replace the entire waterbody footprint with natural existing vegetation matching the surrounding landscape visible in Reference Image 1 and the treated area visible in Reference Image 2.

The replacement area must include:

Dense native vegetation.
Existing bushland character.
Mixed mature trees and understory vegetation.
Native grasses and groundcover.
Natural irregular vegetation patterns.
Seamless blending into adjacent vegetated areas.

Do not create:

Lakes.
Ponds.
Wetlands.
Detention basins.
Water features.
Rock-lined drainage channels.
Excavated depressions.
Landscaped garden beds.

The area must appear as continuous existing bushland that naturally extends across the former waterbody location, matching the surrounding vegetation density, colour and texture.

This vegetation replacement is the only modification outside of the construction works being depicted. No other site elements
