Use the attached architectural elevation and material board as exact references. Create a photorealistic, straight-on exterior rendering of the front façade. Preserve the architecture, proportions, rooflines, window and door locations, garage placement, and all existing architectural details exactly as drawn. Do not redesign or add architectural features.

Apply the following exterior materials:

Warm, light greige “Dubrovnik” brick with subtle natural tonal variation to the entire first-floor façade and garage volume.
Soft, warm off-white stucco on the second-floor volumes, closely coordinated with the brick color. Use a refined, lightly textured matte finish.
Create a prominent front-entry surround using warm off-white stucco formed into a subtle large-scale block pattern, inspired by the reference image.
Install black metal-framed, glass-paneled French entry doors matching the reference design.
Use charcoal architectural roof shingles on all primary pitched roof areas.
Use matte-black standing-seam metal roofing on the small awning and accent roof areas.
Use black gutters and downspouts.
Use slender black-framed exterior windows with clear glass and the muntin configurations shown in the elevation.
Install a modern, flat-panel black garage door with clean horizontal divisions and no windows.
Add three traditional black metal and glass exterior lanterns: one on each side of the garage door and one adjacent to the front entrance.

The overall aesthetic should feel warm, refined, timeless, and quietly modern, with an understated European influence. Keep the brick and stucco softly coordinated rather than high contrast. Use realistic material texture, accurate scale, soft natural daylight, subtle shadows, restrained landscaping, and an upscale residential visualization style.

Important: Do not change the house design, window proportions, door locations, masonry placement, roof geometry, or façade composition. Avoid stark white stucco, yellow or red brick, glossy black finishes, overly rustic details, heavy landscaping, exaggerated contrast, or dramatic sunset lighting.
