STRICT REPRODUCTION WITHIN THE SITE BOUNDARY. DO NOT ADD ANYTHING OUTSIDE.

Use the provided masterplan drawing as the ONLY source of truth. Reproduce exactly what is inside the site boundary, and nothing else.

ABSOLUTE PROHIBITIONS:
- Do NOT add any new buildings, stadiums, sports grounds, roads, trees, or objects that are NOT on the original drawing.
- Do NOT place ANY objects outside the site boundary. Everything outside must remain empty or as on the original drawing.
- Do NOT move, resize, rotate, or rearrange any existing building, road, parking lot, tree, or object.
- Do NOT change the shape or proportions of any element.

GREENERY AND PUBLIC SPACES — CRITICAL:
- Carefully reproduce ALL parks, squares (skver), boulevards, courtyards, and green areas EXACTLY as drawn on the plan.
- The shape, size, and position of every green zone must match the drawing precisely. Do not merge, shift, or simplify them.
- Fill parks, squares, and courtyards with realistic greenery: lawns, trees, shrubs, walking paths, benches, small architectural forms — but ONLY where they exist on the drawing.
- Trees must be placed ONLY inside green zones (parks, squares, boulevards, yards, forest). Do NOT place trees on roads, parking lots, or paved areas.
- Courtyards between buildings must show realistic yard landscaping: grass, paths, small trees, playgrounds — exactly as drawn.

BUILDINGS — WHITE FLAT ROOFS:
- ALL buildings must have WHITE FLAT ROOFS (light grey or off-white). No pitched roofs, no colored roofs, no tiled roofs, no red or green roofs.
- Roofs must be flat and clean, with subtle seams or ventilation details, but keep them light and neutral.
- Building facades should be light neutral tones (white, light grey, beige). No bright colors.

ALLOWED CHANGES (ONLY THESE):
- Apply realistic textures: asphalt, grass, brick, concrete, glass, metal, water.
- Add natural daylight, soft shadows, and realistic lighting.
- Add a few cars ONLY on existing roads and parking lots inside the boundary.
- No people.

The result must be a photorealistic version of the EXACT SAME plan, with NOTHING added, removed, or moved.
