Create a photorealistic 3D orthographic isometric top-down view of the attached floor plan, using the plan as the strict geometry reference.

Do not change any wall thickness, room position, doors, windows, furniture, beds, toilet fixtures, partitions, staircase location, or corridor width. Maintain the exact plan proportions and layout.

Use:

Corridor: premium grey tiles
Rooms: warm wooden flooring or beige tiles
Staircase: black granite
Bathrooms: light beige marble-effect tiles
Walls: warm off-white
Doors/furniture: natural wood finish

Camera must be true orthographic isometric, approximately 45° top-down, with no perspective, no tapering, no wide-angle distortion, and all parallel walls remaining parallel.

Use soft photorealistic architectural lighting, realistic PBR materials, subtle reflections, soft contact shadows, and a clean premium modern finish.

Most important: exact plan geometry first—do not redesign or move anything.
