Keep the existing architecture, layout, proportions, windows, doors, shelving, bicycle displays, clothing racks, furniture and overall composition exactly as they are. Do not remove or rearrange the existing products or bicycles.
Transform the space into a premium modern cycling boutique and coffee/cycling studio inspired by the aesthetic of Pas Normal Studios — minimalist, sophisticated, Scandinavian-inspired, understated and performance-oriented.
Replace the existing flooring with a light natural oak wood floor, with wide wooden planks and a high-quality matte finish. Keep the transition between the existing tile and wood areas natural and realistic.
Change the existing walls and ceiling to a warm medium-light grey / soft concrete grey, creating a clean neutral background. Keep the existing curved ceiling design and architecture.
Add warm architectural lighting, approximately 3000K–3500K, using discreet recessed spotlights and soft indirect lighting. The space should feel bright, warm and premium rather than dark.
Add a large traditional vintage Persian-style rug in the main bicycle display area, with muted earthy tones such as beige, faded red, burgundy and dark grey. The rug should look authentic and slightly aged, not overly colorful or modern.
Upgrade the retail displays to feel more editorial and boutique-like, with natural light oak, dark metal and minimal shelving. Keep the existing clothing racks and bicycle displays but make them feel more organized, intentional and premium.
The overall atmosphere should feel like a high-end European cycling studio / clubhouse, combining premium road and mountain bikes, technical cycling apparel and a small coffee culture element.
Use a minimal color palette: light oak, warm grey, charcoal, black, off-white and muted burgundy.
The result should feel clean, sophisticated, warm, functional and authentic to cycling culture, rather than like a generic bicycle shop.
Photorealistic architectural interior render, realistic materials, realistic lighting, high-end retail photography, natural shadows, realistic proportions.

IMPORTANT: Preserve the exact perspective and geometry of the original photograph. Do not change the location of walls, windows, doors, ceiling shape or major furniture. Do not redesign the architecture. Only modify the materials, colors, lighting and visual styling.

The design language should feel similar to a contemporary Pas Normal Studios flagship store: restrained, editorial, Scandinavian minimalism, premium materials, cycling-focused merchandising, subtle branding, gallery-like presentation and a strong sense of community and performance. Avoid excessive branding, bright colors or typical bike-shop aesthetics.
