Professional architectural visualization, aerial view, golden hour.
Industrial worker housing campus on the semi-arid plateau of Guanajuato,
Mexico. Preserve the geometry and camera of the input image exactly.

MATERIALS: industrial, not domestic. Exposed board-formed concrete,
galvanized steel structure, standing-seam metal roofs, perforated metal
sun screens, minimal white render. Photovoltaic canopies on steel frames
over every residential roof.

GREENHOUSES: a large field of white high-tech greenhouses fills the entire
background beyond the southern road, running the full width of the image.
Rows of identical gable greenhouse bays with white plastic roofs. This is
the farm the campus serves and it must be visible.

WATER: the reservoir is a single continuous band that STARTS at the
south-west corner of the site, where the main street begins, and runs
north along the western fence, then east across the northern fence, then
south along the eastern fence. It stops there. There is no water running
horizontally west of the site, and no water on the southern side.

PARKING: one compact parking lot immediately outside the western gate,
not a large sprawling lot. Keep it tight against the fence.

SCULPTURE: at the centre of the plaza fountain, a large sphere split into
segments — a bright green lower body, a dark charcoal grey band curving
across it, and a yellow-orange cap on top — standing on a low plinth in a
circular basin with water jets and planted边 borders.

GROTTO: beside the chapel, a low rocky desert mound with a small shrine
niche, planted with agaves and barrel cactus. Not a cave, just a
landscaped rock outcrop.

EAST END: a very large open paved esplanade with a covered performance
stage at its northern edge, and the theatre volume closing the south side
of the plaza with a glazed lobby facing it.

LIGHT: warm low sun from the west, long soft shadows, clear sky, crisp
clean materials, high detail, V-Ray quality.
