Render tools
Replicate this image with maximum image to image consistency while making only the following changes:
-	Correct the concrete wall and steps to new concrete in very good condition.
-	Make the front door a flat slab wood door without glazing and color to match the horizontal wood fence.
-	Darken the following items to match the color of the horizontal wood fence: posts, beams, roof fascia. Do not darken the window trim! Keep the window trim matching the light wood siding complete with variable wood color and graining. The front door vertical trim pieces between the door and the sidelites will match the door color.
-	Apply a dark pewter metal finish to the top band along the fascia since it is the roof metal drip edge. Change the roof color to dark pewter.
-	Delete the exterior front door lighting.
-	Add lighting to both sides of the front door and with the tops around 1 foot below the top of the door. Make them relatively flat, rectangular, tall, slender and sophisticated modern black metal fixtures.
-	Change the chair cushions to a thick creamy white.
-	Add some ceiling lights at the covered porches, both the large side one and the front covered porch. Do not add lights to the upper roof soffit, only the deeper covered porch roof soffit below.
-	Make all the windows a matte black. Make each vertical divider width appropriate to a slider window, not a divided window.
-	Allow the window reflections to diffuse any interior view so none of the inside is clearly visible.
Leave all else exactly as it is.
