Create a master plan this 325' of frontage from north to south on S Las Vegas Blvd and 560' from East to West. The site is comprised of Hotel style Front of house building that is set back a 150' from las vegas blvd and the building is 175' wide by 150' deep. The building is a mid century modern building with a stone, bronze glass, and walnut facade and it is two story with overall height of building being 50' tall. In front of the building a grand porte cochere gride plaster stone in the style of The Sands building from the 1960s. The porte cochere has a front screen wall and a roof which is a mid-century modern grid pattern, with a fountain in front on a grass and xeriscape modern zen garden landcaped area with a semi-circle hotel entrance driveway with xeriscape gardens with rock water features to the side of the building. With 9' white stone walls extending from each side of Front of House Building which is centered on the lot with a guard gated entrance on each side of the fenced wall with driveways leading from the semi-circle entrance from Las Vegas Blvd frontage and leading to a grand contemporary gate that is one way in and one way out and continues behind the walls running from east to west driving past a large green grass area directly adjacent to behind the building with xeriscape modern desrt buffer zones with multi-trunk desert acacia trees and other typical modern zen landscape materials. and then the driveway continues driving past the bungalows, volleyball courts and resort area until it takes a right turn running behind and araound each row of villas. there is parallel parking up against the 9' wall fence that runs from the guard gated wall connecting to the wall that encloses the furthest west alley way, north alley way and then exits to the south and east behind the eastern villas and out the gate to the entrance drive that in the front of the building out to Las Vegas Blvd. Shoot it from medium height
