This is a hotel building in the city of Karbala. The façade of the main body—spanning from the third floor to the roof—is clad in solar panels designed to harvest solar energy. Between the ground floor and the third floor, a combination of light-colored travertine stone and turquoise tiles is used. Colored glass is incorporated into the geometric lattice patterns along the edges, reminiscent of *Orosi* windows in traditional Iranian architecture. A revolving restaurant and a helipad are located on the roof.
