Do not change anything in the existing image except for the specific modifications explicitly described below. Strictly preserve the original image dimensions, aspect ratio, camera angle, perspective, geometry, architectural design, composition, furniture placement, materials, colors, and all existing details unless otherwise specified.

1. Narrow bronze accent strip between the TV and fireplace: Make the existing wooden panel located between the television and the fireplace narrower. Replace its wooden finish with a muted, dull bronze metallic finish. The panel should look like a slim, elegant metal strip applied directly to the wall, with a width slightly smaller than the diameter of the adjacent round wall lights. Preserve the exact positions and dimensions of the television, fireplace, and both circular wall lights. The bronze strip must remain visually subtle, with a sophisticated brushed or satin metallic texture rather than a shiny, reflective gold finish.
2. Concealed LED backlighting: Add concealed LED backlighting behind the new narrow bronze metal strip. The LED source must not be directly visible. Create a soft, subtle, warm glow around the edges of the strip, making it appear slightly detached from the wall. The lighting should enhance the metallic detail without overpowering the existing lighting or changing the surrounding materials.
3. Ceiling light fixture: Add a ceiling-mounted light fixture matching the design shown in Reference 1. Reproduce its shape, materials, proportions, color, and overall appearance as faithfully as possible. Position it naturally within the existing ceiling composition. Do not modify the ceiling geometry, camera angle, or any other architectural elements.
4. Decorative styling on the travertine plinth: Add a small, carefully curated arrangement of elegant decorative accessories on the existing travertine plinth near the television. Choose sophisticated, understated objects that complement the interior’s refined aesthetic, such as a sculptural ceramic object, a small decorative bowl, or a tasteful art object in neutral beige, ivory, or muted bronze tones. Keep the arrangement minimal and proportional to the available surface. Do not obstruct the television, fireplace, or other architectural details. Preserve the exact geometry, dimensions, height, position, and travertine finish of the plinth.

CRITICAL RESTRICTIONS: Do not make any changes beyond the four modifications specified above. Do not alter the fireplace, television, circular wall lights, curved wooden panels, statue niche, wall finishes, flooring, existing furniture, or any other elements. Do not change the image dimensions, aspect ratio, crop, camera position, perspective, lighting setup, or architectural geometry. The only permitted changes are narrowing and recoloring the panel between the TV and fireplace, adding its concealed LED backlighting, adding the ceiling fixture from Reference 1, and adding subtle decorative accessories to the travertine plinth. Maintain a photorealistic, high-end architectural rendering quality with realistic materials, natural shadows, and balanced lighting.
