The site is a memorial garden with a concrete structure covering the statue of the Virgin Mary, and the interior of the structure is made of 6" tongue-and-groove vertical planks. The Virgin Mary's pedestal is made of stone; on each side of the Virgin, there is a floral arrangement. There is a series of planters, a total of six, divided into two levels with colorful flowers, wax begonias and heliconia psittacorum, and two palm trees on the lower area, one on each side. The background is a church stained-glass window; the structure is not attached to the church building; therefore, the stained glass extends above the structure. The front garden is artificial turf. Access to the structure is from the sides by two ramps with metal handrails; there are also two stairs at the front made of concrete. The Virgin Mary statue is five feet tall and has candle stands on each side that hold 60 candles each and receive donations from the parishioners. The memorial garden is oriented north-south, with the structure facing west.
