Create the following three elements while strictly preserving the existing site plan and architecture:

1. STONE FIRE-PIT SEATING AREA:
Design a stone fire-pit seating area directly opposite the swimming pool, in the green area facing the pool.
It should be a dedicated outdoor gathering space with a central fire pit, surrounded by built-in stone seating. Use natural stone as the main material. The seating should face inward toward the fire pit.
2. BBQ AREA:
Design a small BBQ area directly in front of the building, positioned on the same central axis and symmetrical/opposite to the stone fire-pit seating area.
The BBQ area should include a compact BBQ counter and a small seating area, creating a clear visual relationship with the fire-pit area across the garden.
3. PARKING:
Create a parking area for exactly 3 cars at the entrance of the property, arranged efficiently without interfering with the garden or building.

CRITICAL — DO NOT CHANGE THE EXISTING PLAN:

* Keep the swimming pool exactly where it is.
* Keep the building exactly where it is.
* Keep all existing walls and garden boundaries unchanged.
* Do not move, rotate, or resize existing elements.
* Do not place the BBQ beside the pool.
* Do not place the fire-pit seating beside the building.
* The fire-pit seating must be opposite the pool.
* The BBQ must be in front of the building, aligned symmetrically with the fire-pit seating.
* Only add the requested elements and the 3-car parking area.
