Realistic1. Indoor Lighting (ground floor glass-walled room)
Spotlights (recessed ceiling): 4–6 warm white (2700–3000K) LED spots on a grid, ~600–800 lux, angled slightly toward the sofa/TV wall to create soft pooling on the floor.
Accent/cove lighting: a thin LED strip along the ceiling perimeter or behind a TV wall panel, cool-to-warm 3000K, low intensity — gives depth without overpowering the spots.
Glow-through glass: bump interior brightness so light spills onto the exterior pavement in a soft gradient — this sells the "occupied home at night" feel.
2. Furniture (ground floor room)
Sofa: an L-shaped or 3-seater modern sofa, charcoal or warm taupe fabric, placed facing the large glass frontage (or perpendicular, facing the TV wall — perpendicular reads better in this depth of room).
TV: wall-mounted flat screen on the black accent wall (the one already extending from the black vertical fin), roughly eye-height when seated, slightly glowing screen (soft blue-white) for realism.
Optional fillers: a low coffee table, a floor lamp in the corner opposite the sofa, an area rug to ground the furniture visually.
3. Outdoor Lighting
Up-lights: 2–4 in-ground uplights at the base of the black vertical fin and the gray window boxes — warm 3000K, narrow beam, to emphasize the building's vertical lines and texture.
Facade wash: subtle wide-beam uplight along the ground-floor stone/marble base for texture pop.
Pergola lighting: small warm string lights or integrated strip lighting along the wood pergola beams up top.
Entrance/pathway spotlights: 2–3 low bollard lights along the driveway/walkway leading to the entrance.
4. Street Lighting
The lamp post already in the scene (right side) — turn it on: warm sodium/LED glow, visible light cone, subtle ground pool of light beneath it.
Consider adding 1 more distant street lamp further down the road for depth and rhythm.
5. Night Sky / HDRI
Swap the daytime sky HDRI for a dusk/night HDRI — deep blue-to-black gradient, maybe a few stars, warm horizon glow if you want a "blue hour" look rather than full black night (blue hour reads more premium in villa renders).
Surrounding modern villas: add 2–3 similar-style low-rise modern villas in the background/mid-ground, with a few lit windows (warm glow) to suggest a lived-in neighborhood — keep them slightly lower contrast/blurred to keep focus on the main building. style exterior render,
