Photorealistic architectural visualization of the existing single-family house based strictly on the reference image. Preserve the existing architecture completely. Do NOT change the building form, massing, proportions, roof geometry, floor heights, perspective, camera position, focal length or framing. All existing windows, doors, openings, curves, projections and architectural elements must remain exactly in their current position, size and proportion. This is a material and lighting transformation, NOT an architectural redesign.
Facade & materials:
The upper floor should receive a continuous vertical timber slat facade made from naturally weathered, greyed wood. The timber slats must extend all the way up to the roof edge, following the existing geometry of the building. This includes the triangular gable section, which must also be completely covered with the same vertical greyed timber slats up to the roof edge. The timber should have authentic grain, subtle variations in grey tones and a natural, high-quality appearance.
All exterior plastered walls, including the left side of the house and the horizontal ceiling/slab on which the glass railing stands, should be finished in a light, warm sand-colored mineral render. The sand color should harmonize naturally with the weathered grey timber. Use a fine, realistic matte plaster texture.
The roof should be a high-quality dark metal standing-seam roof, with a subtle matte finish and realistic metal texture. Keep the existing roof geometry exactly unchanged.
All window frames should be dark anthracite grey, slim and contemporary.
Replace the existing railing with a minimalist transparent glass railing, preferably frameless or with very slim dark fixings. Keep its exact existing position and geometry.
Lighting:
Add subtle concealed indirect LED lighting ONLY underneath the roof/balcony soffit of the upper floor. The lighting should run only along the straight length of the balcony and illuminate the upper-floor facade softly with warm-white light.
The indirect lighting must stop precisely where the balcony reaches the rounded/curved part of the building. It must NOT continue around the rounded section, around the corner, or along any curved facade. There must be no indirect lighting anywhere else on the house. No visible fixtures, LED strips or spotlights.
Exterior:
Replace the existing fence with a simple natural wooden fence made from exactly the same weathered, greyed timber as the upper-floor facade. The wood type, color, grey tones and texture should match the facade perfectly.
Keep the landscaping restrained and natural, with subtle greenery that complements the architecture without covering or altering the building.
Overall appearance:
The result should look extremely natural, realistic and authentic, like a high-end professional architectural photograph rather than a CGI render. Use realistic material textures, subtle imperfections, natural reflections, believable shadows and physically accurate lighting. Create a calm, warm and timeless residential atmosphere.
CRITICAL: Preserve the exact existing architecture, geometry, openings, perspective, camera position and composition. Only change the specified materials, colors, railing, fence and lighting.
Negative prompt: No architectural redesign, no changed geometry, no altered roof shape, no new or removed windows, no repositioned openings, no additional floors or extensions, no changed perspective or framing, no timber stopping below the roof edge, no plaster in the triangular upper section, no LED lighting outside the upper-floor balcony, no LED lighting around the rounded section, no lighting on the lower floor, no visible light fixtures, no yellow/orange plaster, no reddish timber, no different wood for the fence, no artificial-looking materials, no excessive landscaping, no CGI-looking appearance.
